British Police "Noddy" helmet. For a short period in 1960's beat patrol officers rode velocette m/cycles. Their helmets had extra padding and straps. They are very rare. This one has "Staffordshire County Police" on badge. (Chip on blue enamel). $285 £142 Rands 2000 Ref.No.H21
